- They are may be accidentally transported with clothes, Furniture, Suitcases and other personal items.

- Thorough inspection by a qualified exterminator
- The sealing of cracks & crevices in walls and floors. Securing loose wallpaper and eliminating other area of insect harborage
- Confirming the identity of the insect
